Terms of Service

Last updated June 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of Equora's website and services. By accessing or using Equora, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Equora provides information and analytical tools for Indian listed equities, assembled from public company disclosures and third-party market data, with sources cited. It is intended for research and educational use.

Not investment advice

Equora is not an investment adviser or research analyst under SEBI regulations and does not provide investment advice. Nothing on Equora is a recommendation, solicitation, buy/sell call, price target, or personalised suggestion to transact in any security. We do not take custody of, or manage, any money or securities. All investment decisions are solely your own, and you should consult a SEBI-registered adviser where appropriate.

No warranty on accuracy

We work to keep the information accurate and current, but it originates from third parties (the exchanges, the companies, and market-data vendors) and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We provide it “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. Verify anything material against the primary source before acting on it.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Subscriptions

Equora Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance through our payment processor (Razorpay). Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk extraction beyond normal product use, no attempts to breach security, no reselling or redistributing the data as a competing product, and no unlawful use.

Intellectual property

The Equora platform, its design, and its compiled/standardised presentation are ours. The underlying public disclosures remain the property of their respective issuers. Content you create (theses, screens) remains yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equora and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@equora.in.

Equora is paused — company data is a frozen snapshot from July 2026. Browsing and search work; live Q&A, screening and accounts are offline while we're away.
